Harrisonburg Auto Accident Lawyer Bob Keefer: Sometimes highways kill

By Bob Keefer

Frances Hildebrand, an 82 year old lady from Lexington, was killed on December 28, 2008 when her minivan flipped over.

Ms. Hildebrand had driven off the shoulder and then corrected too quickly causing the rollover.

Ironically, the Virginia Department of Transportation has been doing shoulder maintenance along Route 11 for the last few weeks but not at the crash site.

The rest of the shoulder maintenance will be finished during the first part of 2009.

Let’s hope the shoulder maintenance saves the next Frances Hildebrand.

1.    We act as Attorney Managers, Not Trial Attorneys.  Trying the cases ourselves would distract from our core mission: finding and managing accomplished lawyers to get the best results for your injury claim.

2.    Always Available; Automatic Updates.  Besides keeping a close eye on the trial attorneys, we are your point of contact whenever you have a question about your case or just need advice.  We will routinely contact trial counsel and automatically provide you with updates about your case.  It can sometimes be difficult for even the best trial counsel to be in court and properly update you on important developments in your case.

3.  No Additional Cost.  Best of all, hiring us to manage your case costs no additional money.  For the same percentage of your recovery or judgment as you would pay for trial counsel alone, you will have our services and expertise.
